MUNCIE, Ind. -- A
14-game regular-season home schedule, which includes the 2005 ESPN
Bracket Buster in Muncie, along with neutral court games with
Kentucky and Indiana, highlight the 2004-05 Ball State men's
basketball schedule announced Tuesday.
The season opens Nov. 23 against Kentucky at U.S. Bank Arena in
Cincinnati, Ohio, before a trip to Detroit Nov. 27. The Cardinals
open their home slate Dec. 1 against Wright State, while other
non-conference highlights include games at Butler Dec. 22 and vs.
Indiana Dec. 28 at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.
The Mid-American Conference season also begins in December as Ball
State travels to Miami University Dec. 4. Kent State visits Muncie
Jan. 2 to continue the league season, while the Cardinals' Feb. 12
contest at Buffalo is scheduled to be televised live on ESPN 2.
