LAST MEETING: October 8, 2005 - in Kalamazoo - Ball State 60, Western Michigan 57 in 5 Overtimes. The longest game in MAC history. The game ended in a 37 all tie. The teams mirrored each other in the first 4 over times. In the 5th overtime Brad Seiss recovered a Bronco fumble and then Brian Jackson booted a 30 yard field goal to win the game. B.J. Hill rushed 24 times for 170 yards and scored 1 touchdown. Joey Lynch passed for 306 yards and 4 touchdowns.
