Brian Jackson connected on a 27 yard field goal with 6:27 remaining to give the Cardinals their first victory in Toledo since 1991.  Nate Davis was 15 of 30 for 212 yards and 2 touchdowns. One touchdown pass was a 39 yarder to Dante Love. The second a 24 yarder to Terry Moss. Moss lead the Cardinals in receiving with 6 receptions for 127 yards.
